Hi sir,
I have some queries regarding my journey. I just wanted to clarify them. Actually I got visa in Sept,2008 and expires on Sept 2011. I am planning to come in Feb,2011.Will I face any issues regarding my visa at the port of entry, because it expires in 8 months. So I am worried regarding that please clarify my query?
If I face any issues over there what will be my next step to proceed?Please suggest me.

Convert H1 into Premium. You need to get the results before Sept-20. So that you can apply for F2 visa.
Preferably yes, you should apply before the I-94 expires.
However, I am not sure if a new H1B or F2 application MUST be filed before the I-94 expiry date. If the I-94 is expired, it won't be an "extension of H1B status" or "change of status to F-2" but it will be a new visa. So, she can still get an approval, then go out of the country to get the new visa stamped.
P.S. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, a friend of mine was not given her VISA they did not say denial instead said they needed to further confirm her qualifiactions and field of research. This is bc she works in boitech and at that point there was the anthrax scare.

Cloning sometimes leaves weird patterns. I've had luck putting a loose selection around the cloned area with a big feathered edge, then applying a gaussian blur. It helps "clean up" my new background. The trick is to have a seemless blend between the cloned and the original untouched areas.

That's a good tip, I'll try that.
Something else I've done is to use several clone stamps with the opacity of the stamp set quite low. What this does is sort of blend in noise to soften up the edges of the clone patterns.

no it doesnt....check on ..there are so many people getting consecutive luds...but then they dont get approvals. in the end it means that its a new lud. someone accessed your case and the lud was either because some accessed it or it was a system generated lud.
i hope that eb2-june03-dude gets his green soon...but the lud doesnt mean anything

Can I travel to India via London.
Can you please tell me what restrictions we have at london to travel. I heard some European countries have restrictions to travel.

Hello, I need your advice here. I have an old LCA, priority date 03/2003 that was stuck in the backlog center untill last week. Also, I applied through PERM for a new LCA that was approved and was able file I485 in July this year, just got the receipt numbers.
The new LCA has the priority date 04/2006 and is for an upgraded position. I heard that I might "interfile" and be able use the old priority date with the already submitted I485. Would you guys have any suggestions about it?. Any information that might help me?. Hopefully somebody outhere can help.

I just wanted to share some good news. I had two approved LCs. One with PD EB3 ROW March 05 and the other with ROW EB3 March 06. I had already filed the I-140 for the March 06 but not for the March 05 one. That was because of the way the job requirement was worded in that LC. The attorney was not sure if it would be approved. Anyway since the earlier PD became current in June I decided to take a chance and file I-140 for that earlier PD LC with PP. And what do you know, it got approved today and that allowes me to file for AOS this month. It was a bit of a gamble with money but it worked!!! :cool:

I'm outside US with AP (expiring in about a month). My GC has been approved this June.
My GC employer has run out of work. He is likely to get work later.
My options are:
a) Stay outside US and look for project. On getting confirmed work, enter US to join employer.
b) Enter US, look for project. On getting confirmed work, join employer.
Getting employed by GC sponsor employer with, either option could take few months.
While entering US, I will NOT have EVL(employment letter), only AP & I485 Approval Notice.
Which is safer option (a or b) for US entry ?
What questions can be asked at POE ? What should I say if asked about employer ?
Can GC be revoked at POE?

Who are those guys, bloody eyes, and the guy with glasses in the Ozzfest 05 photo? I guess I don't know who John 5 is either, looks like he'd play for MM. ...guess other than Sabb and Maiden, arenarock aint my thing.

John5 was playing guitar for Rob Zombie in that photo taken at Ozzfest.
He has played guitar for a lot of people. He's mostly a solo guitarist. He's pretty decent.
He's also played in and/or on the following people's CDs: Leah Andreone,David Lee Roth,Two,Ryan Downe,Marilyn Manson to name a few.
Bloody eyes photo is Chad Gray is the singer for the band "MUDVAYNE" (not my thing at all, Nu-metal stuff, but kind of fun to photo)
The guy in the glasses, his name Trevor Strnad he's in a band called "THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER" (really heavy, hardcore meets metal type stuff).
I'm into a little bit of every kind of music. VERY open mind when it comes to music.
But my favorite stuff is mostly 80's rock and pop punk type stuff.
Guns N' Roses,Motley Crue,(old) Nofx,(old) Misfits,Black Sabbath is some of my favorite all time stuff.
