Resizable textarea's have been implemented in WebKit nightlies for a few months now but were turned off by default at some point.
For this to be included in a front page news item when its been publicly available for months is ludicrous.

Coming from an Apple / Mac Fan and non iPhone or iPodTouch kind of Guy & Girl, I sure Hope Apple keeps Sharp on Macs... I was at my 1st and 5th Grader's Parent - Teacher Conference at Chautauqua Lake Central School on 11/18/10 and there were 3 or 4 Macs in each Home Room... I got to believe Steve knows that if they get the Kids Hooked on Apple that they'll be an Apple Buyer for iLife.... We are also ProSumer kind of FCP people and Love our Mac versus the Windows world... Get Your Kids Hooked on iKidsFishing and not on Drugs leads to an Apple a Day keeps the Doctor away... Get it...? FCP is definitely NOT the current standard. Avid is still the winner here. I currently run Avid, premiere CS5 and FCP. Avid being my go to. Those of you thinking about switching to premiere, i urge you to look at media composer 5.

I have a question for those of you who get your wallpapers from wallbase. No matter what broswer or OS I use, and even though I am logged in, I still cannot get ANY wallbase pics to load. I click the thumbnail to view it big and it opens in a new tab, but it doesn't show anything.
Am I missing something?

Should have never upped from 4.0. Safari and youtube are plagued with issues. Safari in fact rarely opens links on new page anymore.

And if you get rid of those extra appeals then you will kill more innocent people, and how is that different from murder?

How many times do i have to explain that there are many clear cut cases where there is no chance of innocence before you people get it through your heads? I already named two of them. While i acknowledge past wrongs, this is pretty much next to impossible today thanks to dna technology which only really went mainstream in the last decade. sorry guys, but there is no way ill be convinced that killing a serial killer is immoral.

Then go buy .Mac on eBay. You'll probably pay less than $50.
Most of the cut-rate hosting companies I've dealt with are actually less reliable than .Mac has been for me over the years (uh, Dreamhost, anyone?).
Sync services make .Mac worth it for me. That, and I've been using my .Mac email address since the first days of iTools, and the IMAP mail functionality has always worked very well between my main desktop, my laptop, and viewing from the web despite the highly dated current interface which looks like it's finally getting a modern, AJAX-y makeover itself.
Presumably the other web interfaces into .Mac are getting an equally complete (and equally overdue) makeover, as Peace hinted at. If there's new services being added, all the better.
Naturally, more storage would be welcomed and ought to be expected, given the competition out there. WebDAV / Finder file transfer speeds really need to be fixed, but I just access my iDisk via an FTP program if I want to transfer any big files back and forth. It's also dead simple to use iDisk to transfer files to my less than tech-savvy friends.
And you still get a free VersionTracker Plus account for being a .Mac member, which saves you $25 right there. :)
i don't think getting a free versiontracker is enough. I never understood why versiontracker is such a big deal because most of softwares get automatic updates anyway. unless i am missing something, i never use versiontracker.
