For your condition, I believe for #15 is AOS pending .. you will lose your H1/H4 status when you entered using AP.
not sure about #14, I think it's PAROLEE.

I looked at different forums. But I could not locate a definite answer for my questions.
I have H1. My wife has H4. Both will expire in 11/2009. I don't have stamp
but she has stamp. We both used AP to enter into USA recently. We did not use our EAD.
Questions on EAD paper filing :
14) Manner of Last Entry into the U.S. ?
15) Current Immigration status ?
I believe that the answer to the question 14 should be PAROLEE or Advance Porole. How about question 15 ?
The immigration officer put 'Conditions: AOS DA' in our AP and new I-94 both. What will be the answer, AOS Pending or H1B/H4 ?
Please share your experience. Thanks in advance.

You are wrong.. all the applications will go to Atlanta processing center irrespective of company's location..
Right now Atlanta Processing Center processing May 2008 priority date for clean cases....for audited cases July 2007...
It's not true that all the cases will got to Atlanta Processing Center ...if any case that has been auidted will be moved to Atlanta Processing Center.

I just received EADs for me and my spouse and the validity is only 1 year! Aren't we (people whose PDs are retrogressed) supposed to receive EADs with 2 years validity?

IV seems to have a lot of folks here on a h1b with a non profit organization. My wife is currently doing her residency in a non profit organization on a h1b so basically she is not subject to the cap.
After she finishes, and she looks for jobs, is it possible to get a h1b transfer in a profit organization without being subject to cap? Or H1b transfer is possible only with an non profit organization.
Any inputs will be well appreciated.

Are you in touch with your dad now? If not, you'll have to get back in touch with him, sort out your issues, and then maybe you'll both reconcile and he'll get an immigration lawyer to help you with your green card.
If you're already back with your dad, then consult an immigration lawyer immediately.
How long has it been since the appointment date? I'm not an expert, but if you don't show up to the appointment then your file is considered abandoned.
HI IM 17 years old my dad applied for my green card and it been 3 years i still did not get it they had sent me to go get my fingerprint taken but i had ran away home and missed the appointment date my sister just got her approval.please can someone help or advise me im almost done with school and i wanna attend college and get a job

Please advise:
I am on F-1 and working under CPT from Jan 07 to Aug. 07 and will extend CPT from Sept 07 to Dec. 07.
I applied I-485 and 765 (EAD) as a husband on my wife's LC on July 2, 2007.
I will not be getting my EAD before Sept. 07.
My confusion is whether is it legal to extend my CPT on F1 even if I receive AOS receipt number ??

I believe if employer move to next door i don't think DOL will ask yoru employer to refile, but if your employer move to a different city/town even in the same county, YES he need to start the process all over again.

Thank you for the reply. My confusion stemmed from whether i can use my US License as my id for gaining the license. Or whether somehow my A# or I94 number had to be noted on the license/certificate in order to use it at a later point for the green card process.

If you can wait would be good. You won't believe my parents visa was rejected cause there was no visa stamp on my passport. So its all depend on visa officer how educated they are.
