I like number 2.....Have you tried the shadow/highlight tool in PS to bring out the detail in his hair? Might add to the shot.........Good work. Some of your best.
I know each one of these shots are really close to the came photo, but I'm Just Curious which one of these do you think is the best photo of the four in your Opinions? I have my pick but I want to see what you guys think.

Please CONGRATULATE to the new President on Tuesday by all channels and DEFINITELY ASK the question " Now that you are the president, do you want to further punish us for being legal and sticking to the rules and hence make us wait forever in these long painful EB2/EB3-I long queues, . Mention about 5882, small admin fix.

Katrina, How did you know that DBEC is processing 2005 case?
I kind a feel that would be a miracle eventhough this amdmt get approved for Philadelphia PBEC to finish all the labor within 6 month :) I'm not sure about dallas since Dallas PBEC already start processing 2005 application.

To Administrator: Why are you deleting my post. I am just copy pasting a PURE TRUTH i.e. a TEXT OF LEGISLATION. I am not making up things. There are many other threads where people are just discussing unnecessary stuff. I am just saying that legal immigrants who have not yet applied for EB should contact congress to include us in any kind of amnesty - not exclude us. How does this view go against anybody in this forum?? Infact it will benefit everybody. A "blanket" amnesty will give everybdy a GC including those who have and those who havent applied for EB yet.
I am not saying the 2009 or 2010 CIR would definitely exclude legals in US from amnesty but we should contact congress and white house that it should not happen like the it was almost going to happen in 2006.

Sakthisagar is correct, i was in the same situation in yr 2006. When i went for stamping in chennai,India I was able to get the stamping for current + future (4years without any problems). At the POE my I-94 was stamped till 2010. I hope this helps.

Just curious to know how will a FP notice help. If you get an FP notice how useful is that, its just one process. Or am I missing something. I did receive ASC notice from TCS, I think its moved from NSC to TSC (not really following what is going on, lawyer not giving information). Should I be happy?! I have not received any AP or EAD notice.

Last week I e-filed my AP (I-131) renewal and sent documents to TSC. Soft LUD today, it is in "Testing and Interview� stage.
Is this stage generally expected for renewal of AP? I am not sure why the online message says "request for appointment reschedule" although my application is to renew AP.
Did any one go through this process before? pls share your experience.
Here is the status from the website

We have received your request to have your appointment rescheduled. This case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

This This happened to me as well. My AP which was approved in 2005 and has already expired had an LUD today. I have an approved AP in 2006. But my expired 2005 AP had LUD.
In August my I-140 which was approved in 2005 had an LUD. God knows what all this means. My 485 is pending becuase of retrogression.

My 485 status before email was something like this: We responded to the additional info you requested on so and so date, if you not received by 14 days contact us. (This status got changed when I did address change in 2005)
Now it says about my FP which I gave in 2003. I gave FP again some time in 2004 end.
On May 20, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
I am not sure why LUD got changed for 2004 EAD now, after that I applied EAD�s 2005 and then 2006.
I understand if LUD changed means, some one touched our file to update some thing, but I am wondering why 485 Status changed to my First FP message.
Any one got similar emails......

I had received RFE. They received the response for RFE on 08-01 for which there was LUD on 08-01. There was another LUD on 08-03. another one on 08-04. The status reads: "On August 1, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case.
